Boot Camp → Mondays at 12pm 

  • Push your limits, break a sweat, and unleash your full potential in this high-intensity class! This class combines strength, endurance, and balance to help you build muscle, burn fat, and boost overall performance (both inside and outside the gym!). 

  • This class is for all fitness levels, modification and progressions will always be given to help tailor this class to YOUR specific goals/wants! 

  • This class requires a yoga mat and dumbbells! 


Core Sculpt → (Wednesdays at 9am) 

  • Get ready to fire up your core for this core sculpting class designed to strengthen your abs, obliques, and lower back. This class will help you build a rock-solid foundation for better posture, improved athletic performance, and total-body strength.

  • Modifications for all fitness levels—whether you're a beginner or a pro! 

  • You don't need any equipment other than a yoga mat! (Dumbbells are optional but not required!)
